Practice Yoga and keep yourself fit



My dear fellow leaders,
You may often feel the following in-confidences on leadership :-
1. Lack of confidences while delivering address.
2. Hesitation while interacting Senior Officials in any matter.
3. Feeling anger on repeat of same question by any member.
4, Vexed while members ask you irrelevant questions.
5. Feeling depressed when members don't accompany you to raise voice
for their interests.
6. Controlling anger when member forget U after fulfilment of his personal
interest.
7. Vexed when Junior leaders showing lack of obedience and
minimum dedication towards staff welfare.
8. When you r to accept defeat on a democratic decision and feel
discomfort to accept the reality.
9. Can'nt take a right decision in crucial situation.
10.Feeling of superiority or inferiority complex.
Yoga and meditation help you lot to handle such situation and build patience in you and motivate you to reach the goal. Spend few time for Yoga and meditation in the morning. These will also bring your happiness in personal life.
