Some CB Pune leaders spreading false information that Kolkata Association is dissolved due to court case and they are also addressing false commitment that 'no one would be transfer outstation, if they join CB Pune Association. In last year HQr. on discussion with JCM leaders of both the Associations introduced a 'Comprehensive Transfer Policy'. HQr. office is following the Policy. Please don't be misguided by their commitments. In 2010 CB Pune also had the same tactics to en-roll membership in their favour at PCA (Fys) Kolkata just before Membership Month. But they had been transferred and many are yet to return even completion of their tenures.
