46th JCM IIIrd Main Meeting at the level of CGDA New Delhi has been rescheduled to be held on 11th May, 2015. SK Deb Roy, Sondeep Mukherjee, KK Choudhary and PS Mann have been requested to attend the meeting on behalf of AIDAEA (HQ) Kolkata. Copy of HQr. letter is given hereunder :-
Dear Sir, As per practice almost in all the AO MES offices the group D staff is barrowed from concerned MES Office and there is always a risk as the MES staff is not responsible in anyway and also strategy and secrecy are also always at risk. Kindly raise this issue in JCM third before Hon'ble CGDA to post MTS staff in place of MES people.
