Dear Comrades,

           

At the outset, I on behalf of CEC convey thanks to the leaders and members of AIDAEA(HQ) Kolkata who devoted themselves to enhance Association membership at their respective units/area. As a result, a large number of DAD staff working in various offices around the country has come under the banner of All India Defence Accounts Employees Association (HQ) Kolkata during the membership month April. 2013.

Being an affiliate of the Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & Workers Association four Delegates from AIDAEA(HQ) Kolkata attended the 24^th National Conference of the Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers Association held at Kolkata during 4-6 May 2013. Leaders of AIDAEA (HQ) took part in the Rally, Inaugural Session and the Delegate Session. In Delegate session various common problems of our Department have been highlighted. The detail Report has been published in our Blog and another report will be published on receipt of circular from Confederation.

OBSERVE SOLIDARITY ON 21 MAY 2013

      

Solidarity Day will be observed on 21^st May 2013 to commemorate 30^th Death Anniversary of Com. Anadi Banerjee, the Ex-Secretary General of AIDAEA (HQ) Kolkata. Com. Banerjee dedicated his entire service life towards welfare of the DAD employees around the country. An awareness program on Solidarity Day may please be arranged in each unit holding GB meeting on 21^st May, 2013 during recess hour and apprise the members.

JCM IIIrd level steering Committee meeting at CGDA level is going to be held shortly. General Secretaries of Branch units are requested to forward their Agenda items by the last week of this month to the undersigned to incorporate their issues in consolidated HQr. Agenda to be discussed in the next IIIrd level JCM meeting.
