All India Railway Accounts Association case for payment of arrears from 1.1.1996 to 18.2.2003 was decided favourably by Ernakulum CAT is now upheld by the Supreme Court. Supreme Court rejected Govt. SLP in 3290/2012. This benefits all with pay arrears from 1.1.1996 to 18.2.2003. The case was filed by Mr. Jose Sebastian & four others at Ernakulum Bench of CAT. CAT Ernakulum gave direction on 30.6.1996 to pay arrears from 1.1.1996 to 18.2.2003. In writ appeal moved by Railway Board, Kerala High Court found no ground to interfere & dismissed on 27.3.12. Railway Board moved SLP which is now dismissed by Supreme Court.
