1. Repatriation of staffs posted in high altitude and hardest tenure stations to be done strictly on completion of prescribed tenure.
Reply : Hon'ble Chairman Shri Sham Dev Ji agreed and intimated that tenure completed staffs and officers have already issued HQr. order to release. Earlier the Secretary General also issued a letter before 48 JCM Main meeting in this regard.
2. Repatriation of new recruits initially posted to outstation and completed prescribed tenure.
Reply : Repatriation of new recruits delayed in some stations where considerable number of staffs went on superannuation. Moreover a large number of fresh recruits quit the Department on receipt of appointment letter to such outstations.
3. Ex-servicemen posting to their choice stations, counting their outstation postings in previous service.
Reply : The Chairman agreed and be posted as proposed.
4. Detailed report of marks in written test and typing speed obtained by MTS candidates for last Departmental clerk examination and specific reason for disqualifications.
Reply : The Chairman denied any consideration to disqualified MTS candidates who have written their names on paper. SG replied that invigilator should intimate the basic norms for filling Answer sheets. Chairman replied that an educated MTS should not do such fault. This was basic criteria of an exam. As regard an early and fresh examination of MTS chairman referred the matter to Main Meeting.
5. Empowering of one Admin Officer to sanction Emergent Medical expenses against DAD staff/officers admitted into Hospital/Nursing Home.
Reply: The Chairman said that PCDA/CDAs have already been empowered and if anything wrong that should be settled in local level. SG mentioned name of a deceased staff in PCDA SC. Chairman replied that its unfortunate and exceptional.
