DEMAND OF CADRE REVIEW IN VARIOUS

CATEGORIES OF DAD

In DEFENCE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT following are the post are in 

existence and we demand the following as stated below :

1	MTS	1800	Same as in other Central Govt. Dept	Erstwhile RC Clerks who have been re-Designated as MTS as a result of implementation of 6th CPC is actually degradation of RANK. Moreover prior to 01/092008 who were promoted as RC without 12th Qualification they are being reversed to feeder post and not in a position to acquire requisite Degree at this juncture.    We demand all such case who were promoted in between 01/01/2006 to 01/09/2008 as RC now should be  Promoted as Clerk as a onetime measure.
2	CLERK	1900	Helping in Audit work and in maintaining Accounts. In DAD Roll of clerks are not merely confined in Typographical work but they are being used to help in AUDIT and Accounts work.	Hence Such Clerks, who are serving this Dept. much than their liability, should be promoted as AUDITOR after Five (5) years of Service as seniority basis without any Dept. Examination.
2	AUDITOR	2800	1.AUDIT 2.Prepareing and Maintaing Accounts.	In DAD This CADRE carry the responsibilities of both AUDITING & ACCOUNTING. Where as in CAG Different CADREs are employed for AUDITING & ACCOUNTING namely, AUDITOR & Junior or Senior Accounts. Given this DAD AUDITORs should have been given much weightage than CAG Auditor or Accounts and should be remunerated at higher scale. In existing PAY Structure we demand 4200/- GP for Auditors in DAD.
3	Sr. Auditors	4200	Same working nature as Auditor  but with greater responsibility. It is a Seniority based promotion	Given the responsibilities of work in different Commands specially at different offices of Border Road, Navy, Factory and Army Command, we demand 4800/- GP  for  Senior Auditor.
4	Asst. Accounts Officer	4800	Though in the name of the Rank only “ACCOUNTS” word has been used, in DAD  this cadre is carrying immense responsibilities of PASSING  THIRD PARTY BILLS after auditing and finally issuing Accounting sheet.	WE Demand 5400/- G.P for Asst. Accounts Officer.
