Dear friends,
The Convener of Joint Action Committee of Accounts & audit Employees & Officers Organisation vide their Circular no. JAC/Circular-03/2016 dated 11.2.2016 asked this Association to conduct a massive Signature campaign requesting Union Govt. to grant higher replacement pay level.
As you know that we are one of the constituents of JAC and executing the programs in DAD offices also along with other Accounts & Audit offices in the country under directive of JAC.

You are requested to complete the Signature Campaign within 28th February, 2016 and forward the same to the undersigned for onward transmission to the Addressee. Please ensure hundred percent collection of signatures of the members.
You are also requested to organize floor meetings/group meetings in all offices and explain the demands to rank and file.

Sir,
            We would like to invite your kind attention to the apex level Joint Action Committee (JAC) of Accounts and Audit Employees and Officers Organizations letter No:- JAC/2016/3 dated 11.02.2016 and request you to kindly be considered sympathetically following submissions of the apex level JAC leading to rectification of the injustice done to the audit-accounts cadres through the Empowered Committee that will look into the recommendations of 7 CPC

Grant of replacement pay scale of PB 2 GP 4200 -- i.e. level 6 pay scale of Table 5 in Pay Matrix.

Streamlining the contradictory views and recommendations of 7th CPC
Grant of replacement pay scale of PB 2 GP 4600 -- i.e. level 7 pay scale of Table 5.Pay Matrix to the Senior Accountant/ Auditor/Accounts Assistants (in Railways).

Acceptance of Para No. 11.12.140 of the recommendations of 7th CPC
Grant of replacement pay of GP 5400(PB-2) to AAOs on completion of four years’ service -- i.e. Pay level 9, in the pay matrix.

Pay scale of secretarial staff working in Account and Audit Organizations may be granted at par with Secretarial staff working in the Ministry.

             Electronic Data processing  staff
Realigning them with accounts and audit cadres at different levels
Grant of pay scales at the levels of realignments
9.          Qualification Pay
Granting qualification Pay to all Organized Accounts and IA&AD uniformly in terms of the recommendations of 7 CPC in Para’s 8.9.43, 44 and 45 respectively.
