# Minimum pay is 18,000/-
# Grade Pay System abolished
# Fitments formula = Present basic pay X 2.57.
# Increase in Military service Pay increased to 16,500
# 3% annual increment
# 52 allowances abolished
# 16% increase in pay
# 23.55% increase overall salary
# 24% increase in Pension
# No increase of number of MACPs
# 24% HRA
# Tuition fee 2250

AIDAEA (HQ) Reaction:-

*Our proposed Multiplier was 4. Compensation factor 65% on national index totally ignored. No satisfactory hike on PB-I. Multiplier of PB-4 scales gradually increased. Variable Multipliers could have been imposed for rationalisation of PB-I employees. No attention has been given for correction of lower scale. It clearly shows the attitude of a commission towards lower grade employees. Service pyramid never be strong if foundation of pyramid is weak. Massive curtailment of legitimate demands of staff side. Disappointed outcome from 7 CPC report. Union govt. should review the report in the light of reality and take necessary step before implication.

    In respect of the proposed hike for PB-1 employees, can we please reach as an association and request the government to consider better salary hike and multiplication factor for them?

  2. Our proposal of PB-1 entry grade pay 28000/- rejected by Commission. Now we can only raise mass protest against such deprivation. Union Govt. may reconsider the issue.
