Subject - Protest against 7 CPC pay scales.

Dear Friends,

AIDAEA (HQ) Kolkata is very much disappointed to receive the outcome of 7 CPC pay scales. A meagre amount of 14.29% pay has been increased by rejecting all our proposals. No correction has been made in our earlier DAD pay scales despite lot of anomalies in 6CPC pointed out by this organisation in its submission. Specially the employees drawing lower pay scales in PB-1 are still deprived. It clearly express the attitude of the Commission. We strongly condemn recommendations of the 7CPC scales and decided to voice our protests in all DAD units over the country.

In its 1st phase we would like to wear BLACK BADGES on 27th November, 2015 to observe Black Day by the call of National Joint Action Committee (NJCA). All our Branch Secretaries and members of AIDAEA Kolkata are requested to raise protest by wearing Black Badges on the day. Branch Secretaries & CEC members are also requested to hold meeting on recess hour and send a report to the HQr. organisation in our e-mail address : aidaeakol@gmail.com.
