26.5.15

Workshop on JCM functionaries at CGDA HQr. New Delhi

One day workshop on JCM was held on 26.5.15 at Srijan Hall, HQr. office within a short notice by CGDA after JCM Main meeting. only 2-3 working days were left to send the names to prepare final schedule by HQr. Due to paucity of time this was quite impossible to send intimation to all the JCM members and to collect their consents after confirmation of Train/Air tickets, particularly those who are staying in distant station. Moreover HQr. invited only 10-15 members. So it had been decided  to include the names of leaders who are staying nearby HQr. stations and confirm their presence in the workshop to make the mission successful.
In recent past it has been experienced that some of our Hon'ble CEC leaders don't even attend the Emergent calls of the President to handle crucial situation of the Organisation. They always like to take the middle position of a sea-saw. They don't even the ability to control mass grievances on any issue and neither they are capable of interacting the higher officials. As a result they loose Branch memberships. They pretend to be a tiger in front of HQr. Senior leaders but no longer change themselves to a Cat in front Administration. They deserve their importance without giving importance to the HQr. Association.
Branch leaders no way can send any communication/complaint direct to Higher administrative body viz. CGDA unless taking any protest resolution in Branch committee and transmitting the same to HQr. association for discussion about any internal matters. Such act seriously violates the norms of AIDAEA Constitution. This type of serious offence will no longer be tolerated by the present HQr. association. Necessary action will be taken in due course to maintain discipline in the organisation.

Our role on JCM was highly appreciated by the organiser. Wish your all co-operation for smooth functioning of AIDAEA (HQ) Kolkata, Thanks,

DK Mondal, VP
