15. Combined Seniority list in respect of Group-C & Group-B officials –publishing of.
The undersigned requested to publish the Combined seniority list of Departmental Promotee and Direct recruits which is pending since long. A considerable number of pay anomalies are awaited to settle in absence of the aforesaid list.
Official side replied that all pay anomaly cases have been settled but the list hasn't been completed since individual data are still awaited from few PCDA/CDA offices. The undersigned further requested to publish a provisional list in CGDA website. 

Hon'ble Chairman directed official side to collect the remaining data and publish the list immediately.
16.Re-consideration of exemption of outstation transfer on emergent medical ground/ROC members etc.
The undersigned reported that exemption of transfer in few cases on emergent medical ground and ROC membership as defined in para 8 of the newly introduced Transfer policy have not been considered in the last occasion. Details of individuals were then handed over to the Chairman.

Hon'ble Chairman assured re-examination and directed his officials accordingly.

17. Repatriation of staff to home Station who has disabled child.
The undersigned informed that staff having disabled child may be exempted from transfer as per existing Govt. order. But it has been reportedly learnt that such exemption has not been considered to. Related paper of the individual and copy of concerned Govt. Rule handed over to the Chairman.

Hon'ble Chairman directed his officials to review the case.

18. Admissibility of LTC claims to travel Andaman by airlines other than Air India as one time measure.
The undersigned informed that LTC availed by private Airways to Andaman prior to DoPT order dated 26.9.2014 has been rejected by PCA (Fys) and HQr. The matter has been referred to the Dte. of Civil Aviation by Addl. Secretary General of this Association and approval has been obtained. Undersigned handed over the order and requested to sanction all such similar cases.

Hon'ble Chairman agreed and directed official side to take necessary measure immediately.

     19. Repatriation on completion of tenure.
     The undersigned intimated that a considerable number of staff are awaiting repatriation despite completion of their tenure but their names are neither recommended by the sub offices nor their applications are forwarded to the HQr. This is not only deviation of commitments but discourage the volunteers in future to choose tenure stations. 

Hon'ble Chairman directed his officials to ensure repatriation of such individuals. 
The undersigned mentioned that in NE region only Shillong (AF) office is considered as Tenure Station. All DAD offices in Shillong to be incorporated in the list of Tenure Station. Chairman agreed. 
Pay protection to Ex-servicemen in DAD Department at par with other Department highlighted and concerned DoPT order has been handed over to the official side for implementation of the same in DAD.
