Sub: Non-receipt of Minutes of the Meeting over Draft Transfer Policy

Respected Madam,

I am to inform you that the Minutes of the Meeting for discussion over Draft Transfer Policy held on 07.11.2013 is still awaited. In addition, this Association has given some logic/clarification in support of Para-2 and 12 vide even No. dated 29.11.2013. This Association is in dark about the status Proposed Transfer Policy till date. It is urged upon the authority kindly supply/forward the said minutes of the said meeting at the earliest for appraisal and to communicate views of this Association before finalization of the same. 

 I am directed to state that a meeting may kindly be arranged on the previous day of ensuing 44^th Main Meeting for finalization of Draft Transfer Policy and then the same may be incorporated in OM Part-I. Otherwise, any amendment concerned para(s) of OM Part-I will be treated as unilateral decision of HQr Office.
