Sub: Promotion of Auditor to the Grade of Sr. Auditor.
Respected Madam,
I am directed to draw your kind attention to the subject matter circulated by HQr office vide No. AN/XI/11060/Vol.I dated 04.11.2013 and convening DPCs thereon.
In Para-I sub clause (i) it has been mentioned that three years of regular service in Auditor’s Grade as on 31.12.2013 is required for promotion to the grade of Sr. Auditor. But, those who have been appointed/promoted on 01.01.2011 are being deprived even though they will also complete three years of regular service in Auditor’s grade as on 31.12.2013.
Hence I may request you kindly review the matter stated above and a revised circular may kindly be issued accordingly. If there is any Govt. order against reviewing the matter, a copy of the same may kindly be forwarded to the undersigned for appraisal.
